Triglione, of Nordlund Associates, Inc., brokers $2.6 million sale
Danvers, MA Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund Associates, Inc., brokered the sale of 7 Healy Court. The property consists of a 12,800 s/f flex office/warehouse facility on one acre. The sale price was $2.6 million with Triglione and Nordlund Associates acting as the sole real estate broker in the transaction. John Breen, manager of 7 Healy Court, LLC, said, “Anthony and the Nordlund team successfully procured multiple offers and ultimately finalized a deal with the most qualified buyer and the best price and terms.”
