O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties completes 24,187 s/f in leases

Northborough, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties completed a 24,187 s/f leasing spree at 44 Bearfoot Rd., which consisted of five new leases in five months. The property is located off I-290 at the first exit coming from I-495 by the Solomon Pond Mall. The largest of the five new tenants is Marlborough Office Center, Inc., who is taking occupancy of the entire 15,500 s/f second floor. The other new leases are Endeavor Films, Inc., with  1,800 s/f; NexGen Driving Academy with 1,564 s/f; Northboro Psychiatric Associates in 1,095 s/f and Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik,in 4,228 s/f. 

The 45,000 s/f building which is now 88% leased. Although 44 Bearfoot Rd. was built in 2001, it is one of the newest office buildings in the area with 5.5’ high ribbon glass. The landlord recently renovated the lobbies and created a building amenity fitness center.
