O’Brien and Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties and Aho Properties broker $2.3m sale
Northborough, MA Bret O’Brien and James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. alongside Joel Aho of Aho Properties represented the seller in the sale of 5 Goddard Rd.
The newly constructed 9,464 s/f industrial building sold for $2.3 million and was purchased by Precision Heating and Cooling, who intends to occupy the entirety of the building.
