Hopkinton, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently completed three lease transactions at 239 South St. totaling 8,776 s/f. The 21,000 s/f office building is now 95% leased to six tenants all of whom were placed in the building by O’Brien who now has the building under agreement to a buyer scheduled to close this fall.

The largest of the three recent transactions was Federal Concrete, Inc., which took 3,496 s/f on the third floor. The other two new tenants, both of which took space on the second floor, are Sing, Dance, Act in 3,085 s/f and Processing.com in 2,195 s/f.
