O’ Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers $2.575m sale

Hudson, MA Bret O’ Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller of 108 Forest Ave. The 30,000 s/f flex building was bought by Security Enhanced Machinery Inc., which provides comprehensive end-of-life solutions for the protection of sensitive information in government and commercial markets. Greater Boston Commercial Properties obtained $2.575 million in the sale, which is nearly doubled what the seller paid for the property in 2011. The sellers former company, Facilis leases 10,000 s/f and will remain in the property as a tenant.
