O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokers $902,500 in sales
Hudson, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed four industrial condo sales totaling $902,500 at 9 Bonazzoli Ave. O’Brien represented the sellers in all four transactions, which totaled 4,750 s/f. The price per s/f of the units ranged between $180 and $200 per s/f, with an overall blended average of $190 per s/f. The highest prior sale at the property in January of 2022 was at $131 per s/f. These transactions demonstrate that Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. continues to break pricing records when working on behalf of sellers.
