Manchester, NH According to Stebbins Commercial Properties Inc., Jim O’Connell has joined the firm.

O’Connell brings over 25 years of industry experience to Stebbins Commercial Properties Inc. He is based in Manchester, where he focuses on providing brokerage and advisory services to business owners, investors, tenants and developers.  O’Connell has managed corporate relocations, acquisitions and divestitures for businesses ranging in size from SMEs to Fortune 100 enterprises.  He is licensed in N.H. and Massachusetts.

When asked about his recent move, O’Connell said, “In a competitive market like southern New Hampshire, reputation is everything. Prior to joining Stebbins, O’Connell spent over 20 years in corporate management, most recently as president of Consul Holdings Inc. and CEO at ParkMagic Mobile Technologies Inc. in Chicago. He has also held executive positions at businesses as diverse as Greenwich Technology Partners Inc. in New York, Securify in San Jose, Calif. and Millett Enterprises in Sydney, Australia. His experience in business locally, nationally and internationally adds a significant dimension to Stebbins’ capabilities and growth in the N.H. market.

Originally from Ireland, O’Connell has lived in the U.S. since 1992. He studied business at Essex University in the UK. In the U.S. he studied Business Law at Merrimack College. He is a member of numerous boards and is president of Manchester North Soccer League, Chairman of Hillside Middle School and president of Citizens for Manchester Schools, a non-profit education advocacy group.
