Ogasapian and Gilkie of R.W. Holmes represents the Fortier Family in $2.3m sale

Tewksbury, MA R.W. Holmes has completed sale of 1628 -1636 Shawsheen St. The three-acre site sold for $2.3 million. R.W. Holmes represented the seller, the Fortier Family, while MassMulch acquired the property.

MassMulch, a growing landscape supply company serving residential and commercial customers across Massachusetts, plans to utilize the site to store materials and better serve its growing customer base.

“Despite its challenges, 1628-1636 Shawsheen offered an excellent opportunity for industrial outdoor storage users to own a site that is just 2 minutes off I-93 corridor. We selected a great buyer that remained steadfast throughout a lengthy permitting process. We are very pleased with the outcome of a collaboration between both buyer and seller,” said Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, senior vice president at R.W. Holmes.

Ogasapian, along with R.W. Holmes senior vice president David Gilkie, SIOR, represented the seller in the transaction.

R.W. Holmes is consistently ranked as one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage firms in Massachusetts.
