O’Hara of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT leases 51,579 s/f

Milford, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, completed a lease representing Bic Consumer Products Manufacturing Co., Inc. (BIC) at 500 Bic Dr. Bic formally owned the complex, sold and relocated in 2008 and is now relocating back into 51,579 s/f as a result of continued growth. The facility will be used to service its warehouse/manufacturing needs.

Bic Consumer Products Manufacturing Co., a division of BIC USA Inc., headquartered in Shelton, is a leading provider of stationary, lighters and shavers. Bic products are available in 160 countries and in 3.2 million retail outlets around the world.

The 624,000 s/f property is represented by Joe Coci and owned and managed by MDC Milford Associates, LLC (MDC). MDC has over 30 years of experience developing, acquiring, constructing, repositioning, managing, leasing and operating commercial property.
