Olson of Nordlund and Hark of Drumlin Group broker sale of 9-11 Franklin St.
Salem, MA Kevin Olson of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 9-11 Franklin St. a 15,000 s/f commercial building with developable land associated. The property, set on 1.6 acres, pylon signage and off Rte.114.
Olson of Nordlund represented the buyer, 11 Franklin LLC. David Hark of the Drumlin Group represented the seller, Gerren LLC.
