OR&L leases 16,557 s/f at 4 Pin Oak Dr. to Recol
OR&L Commercial leased 16,557 s/f of office and technology space at 4 Pin Oak Dr. to Recol LLC, a 15-year-old New Haven-based information technology. The 10-year lease will encompass greater than one-third of the entire building. The landlord and tenant will be injecting greater than $2 million into the building and infrastructure for Recol's operation.
With this lease, the property will be greater than 75% leased with one 10,000 s/f suite remaining.
