O,R&L Commercial completes two industrial leases totaling 23,886 s/f

North Haven, CT O,R&L Commercial has arranged two recent industrial leases totaling 23,886 s/f at 222 Universal Dr., strengthening occupancy at the property. Situated in one of the town’s most accessible commercial corridors, Universal Dr. offers proximity to I-91, logistical connectivity, and a flexible building layout — making it an ideal location for production, warehouse, and service-based users.

A 13,687 s/f industrial lease has been leased to Washout Prints, a growing printing and production company expanding its operations in the region represented by Casey Fisher of Houlihan Lawrence Wareck and D’Ostilio of Branford.

SwiftX has leased 10,199 s/f at the property. SwiftX is a last mile delivery company primarily servicing the needs of Temu, a multibillion-dollar seller of goods. They were represented by Nick Leon of Sentry Commercial in Hartford, CT.
