O,R&L Commercial leases 20,000 s/f at 16 Commercial Street
16 Commercial Street - Branford, CTBranford, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has leased the former Roche Diagnostics facility located at 16 Commercial St. to New England Orthotic & Prosthetic Systems, LLC (NEOPS). NEOPS is the premier provider of orthotic and prosthetic patient care products and services in the eastern United States.
The growing business will consolidate 3 locations into the 20,000 s/f free-standing building. O,R&L Commercial was involved in both sides of the transaction. Tim McMahon represented the landlord, 16 Commercial Street Associates, LLC and Frank Hird, SIOR, represented the tenant, New England Orthotic and Prosthetic Systems, LLC.
