Hugo Overdeput,
Colliers

Windham, NH According to Colliers International, Northland Farms Business Center, located at 183 Rockingham Rd., is 100% leased. The lease for the last 4,500 s/f was signed at the beginning of August with LabCorp. Hugo Overdeput, CCIM, from Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the landlord, Murray Properties, and Christopher Nickerson, from the Bean Group, represented the tenant in this transaction.

Northland Farms Business Center is a three-story, 30,000 s/f office, medical, and retail building that was built in 2015. This class A building was designed to utilize the most efficient building materials and has green features, such as a geothermal system for optimal heating and cooling, energy efficient lighting, and a ground solar-generated electric supply, which reduce utility costs significantly. This eco-conscious building attracted tenants right away, including Bella Viaggio Salons & Spas and Green Leads.

Colliers partnered with Murray Properties shortly after construction was completed. Since then Overdeput helped lease 18,700 s/f and in addition to LabCorp, brought in Landmark Benefits, Derry Medical Center, and OS Group to Northland Farms Business Center.
