Overdeput of Colliers leases 7,000 s/f to Autotiv Manufacturing Corp. at 142 Main St., Salem, NH
Salem, NH Colliers negotiated the lease of 7,000 s/f at 142 Main St. to Autotiv Manufacturing Corp. Hugo Overdeput, of the Colliers Manchester office, represented the landlord, Patriot Investment Group, and advised the tenant in the transaction.
Autotiv Mfg. is a player in high performance digital manufacturing, i.e 3D printing, injection molding, urethane casting, and CNC machining. The company outgrew its space and signed a multi-year lease at 142 Main St.
