Pacific Contracts has leased 2,000 s/f of retail space in The Salem Broadway Plaza, located at 348 South Broadway, Rte. 28, Salem. Pacific Contracts will operate a convenience store at the site. The lease transaction was handled for Salem Broadway Plaza LLC and Pacific Contracts Co. by Harry Shea, Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
