Panczykowski joins JLL as senior vice president

Stamford, CT JLL has hired industrial expert James Panczykowski as a senior vice president with its Northeast Industrial Region. He will focus on new business development, corporate portfolio management, tenant representation and agency leasing, and investment sales, primarily in N.Y. and Conn. Panczykowski will be based out of the firm’s Stamford office, and will report to David Knee, executive managing director and broker lead for the Northeast Industrial Region.

Panczykowski has more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily focused on the sale and leasing of major industrial and special-use assets for corporations and individual owners in N.Y. and Conn. He also has expertise in corporate services work, including portfolio management.
