Paramount Partners forms property management division - headed by Dennehy and DiBona

Paramount Partners, LLC has formed a full-service property management and building construction division headed by Daniel Dennehy, CPM and Douglas DiBona. Dennehy, a certified property manager with over 15 years experience in real estate management, and a member of IREM, has overseen numerous mixed portfolios. DiBona has over 25 years of professional experience and has acquired strategic management skills and strong customer relations through his diverse employment background. DiBona has been providing general contracting services for the last 15 years, and both he and Dennehy are licensed Mass. building contractors. The new division will handle the management of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout New England and will also provide construction management services, thus creating added value for its clients. The addition of property management and construction management are key components of Paramount Partners' totally integrated approach to the delivery of commercial real estate solutions, and one which is designed to achieve greater efficiencies, increased profitability and more timely execution.
