Marci Alvarado of Parsons represented the buyer, Frank Mancini of Number One Insurance Agency, Inc. Tony Pinto of Pinot R.R. represented the landlord, MAR S. Maple Realty Trust.
The property will be the new headquarters for the Mass. Assoc. of Insurance Agents. The new owners will be renovating the building.
The sale price was $3.06 million.
