Parsons Commercial Group represents Vestcom New Century in 15,000 s/f lease at 5 Norfolk Ave.

Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) represents Vestcom New Century. Vestcom New Century, a leading provider of retail marketing and business communication services, has signed a 15,000 s/f lease at 5 Norfolk Ave. in the Easton Industrial Park. Arlon Brown, senior vice president at PCG represented Vestcom New Century. "5 Norfolk Avenue was the perfect opportunity for Vestcom's expansion," said Brown. The single-story, 20,000 s/f flex building was built in 1984 and is in the Rte. 495 South (Attleboro/New Bedford) industrial submarket. The landlord, Atlantic Management Corporation provided the space with a turn-key build out for the new tenant.
