The Paul Herrick Group recently leased two retail spaces in downtown Salem. Paul Herrick represented 281 Essex Street LLC.
Armstrong Field Real Estate, a residential brokerage firm, leased 895 s/f on the Crombie St. side and Coven Café, a specialty foods store opening this month, occupies over 1,700 s/f on Essex St.
Located in prime retail area in downtown, this property was formerly a furniture store and was renovated into 20 residential condominiums and three retail spaces in 2008.
The retail spaces feature factory finished exposed brick, beams and other industrial elements, plank flooring and walls of windows with a designer style.
