The Peabody Cos.’ Donovan receives NE Affordable Housing Management Association Legacy Award

Braintree, MA According to The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, vice president of administration Doreen Donovan is the 2022 recipient of the New England Affordable Housing Management Association’s Legacy Award.

During the award presentation, Donovan was described as a diligent, organized, effective, empathetic, articulate and nurturing professional, and commended for her commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence in all business practices.

Donovan, a resident of Saugus, began her career in the affordable housing industry in 1984, serving as an asset management officer with MassHousing. She continued on the industry path at Corcoran Jennison/CMJ Management Company as the director of operations/vice president of administration and compliance.

Since joining the Peabody Companies in 2012 as vice president of administration, Donovan has been directly responsible for ensuring that all client properties offering affordable rental housing under one or more government assistance programs are leased and operated in strict compliance with program requirements.
