Peabody Resident Services earns Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International accreditation

The Peabody Resident Services GAFC Homecare Program team received confirmation of
CARF International Accreditation at a recent training meeting and holiday lunch.

Braintree, MA Peabody Resident Services, an affiliate of the Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, has received Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International Accreditation for Supportive Living Services for a three-year period through November 30, 2026, for its Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) Homecare Program.

The high-level achievement follows a recent two-day on-site survey of the GAFC Homecare Program and recognizes Peabody Resident Services’ commitment to excellence in improving the quality of the lives of the people it serves.

One of the first programs of its kind developed by a property management firm, Peabody Resident Services was established in recognition of a commitment to resident services as a unique area of expertise within the field of property management and integral to creating thriving communities. Peabody Resident Services strives to enrich the lives of all residents and make their homes truly special places to live, regardless of age or background.

Peabody Resident Services program offerings include GAFC Homecare Programs, educational opportunities, cultural enrichment, wellness programs, recreational activities, artistic pursuits, and youth engagement.

CARF is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services, enhancing the lives of persons served worldwide. CARF accreditation has been considered the benchmark of quality health and human services for more than 50 years. Accreditation is an ongoing process that distinguishes a provider’s service delivery and signals a dedication to continuous performance improvement, responsiveness to feedback, and accountability to the community and stakeholders.
