Pearce Real Estate and Godin Property Brokers broker sale of four office buildings totaling 66,200 s/f
Meriden, CT Pearce Real Estate senior commercial broker Carl Russell sold four office buildings: 1 Prestige Dr., 210 Pomeroy Ave., and two buildings at 240-250 Pomeroy Ave.
Russell represented the seller, Joseph Barker Realty Associates LP.
The four buildings, comprising a total of 66,200 s/f, were part of the Barker family portfolio.
Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers, LLC represented the buyer, Normand Laliberte. J.R. Laliberte is the owner/operations manager of Union Flooring Installations, a retail commercial flooring contractor in Watertown.
Laliberte’s plans are to completely renovate and remodel the buildings.
Russell is the recipient of numerous professional awards including, most recently, the CCIM 2021 Land Sale Deal of the Year. He is a nationally known instructor in the CCIM program. In addition, Russell was an assistant adjunct professor of real estate at New York University. He is also past president of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors.
