Pepe of CRA completes $2.5 million sale of 46,000 s/f Hyannis building
Kevin Pepe, managing director at Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. (CRA), has brokered the sale of 700 Bearse's Way for its client Nickerson Lumber Co. The 46,000 s/f building on 4.15 acres sold for $2.5 million.
CRA will continue to seek use proposals for the occupancy of the property for the new owner/investor. The Bank of Cape Cod financed this acquisition, with the assistance of attorney Richard Dubin representing the buyer, and attorney Thomas Latanzi representing the seller.
