Percelay of Mount Vernon Co. to receive Industry Excellence Award

The Rental Housing Association division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board will be honoring Bruce Percelay of The Mount Vernon Co. with its Industry Excellence Award on November 19th at the Intercontinental Hotel. Michael Dirrane of MassHousing will be receiving the RHA's Excellence in Public Service Award that same evening. Donald Trump Jr. will be speaking and introducing Percelay. Trump and Percelay are personal acquaintances and Trump has shown an increasing interest in the Boston market. Natalie Jacobson, former anchor of WCVB News, will be the emcee for the event which is expected to draw over 400 real estate professionals in the rental housing business. These awards are given annually by the RHA to recognize outstanding performance and leadership in the apartment business. According to Christopher Reilly, 2008 president of the RHA, "We expect this year's event to be especially exciting and we are proud to honor these individuals for their extraordinary contributions to our industry."
