Perkoski and Chozick of Chozick Realty arrange $1.655 million sale

Ryan Perkoski and Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty have arranged the sale of a 33 unit multifamily apartment complex located at 28 Huntington St. for $1.655 million. The property was converted to condominium ownership during the 1980s but all units were under one common ownership at the time of sale. 28 Huntington St. was renovated within the past five years with kitchens, bathrooms, common areas as well as windows and mechanical systems. Located in the Asylum Hill neighborhood, the property is close to the central business district. Historically the property has operated in the upper 90% of occupancy. Chozick Rlty. was the sole broker in this transaction.
