According to Cardente Real Estate, Olympus Asset Management has purchased 16,000 s/f of office space at 40 Manson Libby Rd.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, McDermott, LLC, by Charles Day of CBRE The Boulos Co. and on behalf of the buyer, Olympus Asset Management, by Greg Perry of Cardente.
The property was sold for $1.1 million.
