Grady of KS Ptrs. leases 20,519 s/f at 220 W. Park

KS Partners has leased 20,519 s/f of office space at its 2200 West Park Dr. location to Boston-Power. The deal represents a 12,042 s/f expansion and long-term extension for Boston-Power. For both transactions Jim Grady, VP/director of leasing for KS Partners, represented themselves assisted by Bob McGuire of CB Richard Ellis. David Ross of CresaPartners represented the tenant. 2200 West Park Drive is a 74,590 SF first class office building located in Westborough Office Park. "This deal is a complete "win-win" for both Boston-Power and KS Partners," said Grady. "The tenant is easily able to satisfy their growth, and we are able to retain a strong and growing company."
