Three new stores plan summer opening at Wilder Cos.' LOOP West

Three new retailers will open at LOOP West in the next few months; T.J.Maxx, Madrag, and Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. These three stores represent over 35,000 s/f of space at LOOP West and join a line-up of shopping and dining options including JCPenney, Belk, Books A Million, Bonefish Grill, and BJs Restaurant, among others. T.J.Maxx offers favorite brands for up to 60% off department and specialty store prices. Occupying the previous Circuit City location, T.J.Maxx will open early this summer at LOOP West in its location near DSW Shoes. Madrag appeals to the ethnically diverse, fashion minded female. As has always been their focus, Madrag will provide "fashion now" apparel at affordable prices. Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is the ultimate fro-yo lovers paradise, where customers mix as much yogurt and toppings as desired and pay by weight, not by number of toppings. "With the challenging times retailers are opening fewer stores and are more selective in choosing their locations. That these popular retailers chose LOOP West is a reflection of both the strength of the center and the trade area," said Andy LaGrega, a principal at The Wilder Companies. Wilder is the developer of both LOOP West and the adjacent center, THE LOOP.
