Simsbury, CT Phase Zero Design Corp., has merged with Colliers Engineering & Design. Phase Zero Design will rebrand as Colliers Engineering & Design in late 2024.

The company, which has been serving its clients with excellence since 2009, will rebrand as Colliers Engineering & Design.
