Phase Zero Design has opened a new office in Duxbury. The architecture, planning and consulting firm opened for business in June 2009 with the formation of three locations in the Hartford, Conn., Greenwich, Conn. and Boston markets. "Our clients recognize our value and expertise and continue to engage us on a diverse array of projects. In the last six weeks alone, our firm has been awarded several retail projects, a due diligence survey of an industrial building, class room renovations for a community college and a major expansion for a single family residence."
