Phoenix Commercial's Tognacci brokers three leases totaling 9,616 s/f

Dave Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial Real Estate has brokered three leases totaling 9,616 s/f at 600 Worcester Rd. for Stoneybrook Properties. Financial Foundations, an investment advisory firm, added 2,489 s/f extending its lease of 2,557 s/f to 5,046 s/f. Dr. Susan Bergman, a specialist in spinal cord injuries has leased 992 s/f and Partners Community Healthcare singed a long term lease for 3,578 s/f. James Gordon of Gordon R.E represented Dr. Bergman and Partners Healthcare. Tognacci represented the landlords and Financial Foundations.
