Prolman Realty sells 10.7 acres for $150,000 for Souhegan Church
Prolman Realty, Inc. sold 10.7 acres on Limbo Lane, zoned general office, to Green Island - Amherst NH Partners, LLC and One PGB - 03031 Investments, LLC for $150,000.
Mark Prolman represented the seller, Souhegan Congregational Church, and assisted the buyer.
