Nelson Pickering of New England Retail Properties, Inc. in Wethersfield exclusively represented the lease of Soleil Tanning Salon, a 1,200 s/f tanning salon, at Sundad Plaza which is located at 1371 East Main St. Sundad Plaza is a 12,000 s/f shopping center located of I-91 and the Merritt Pkwy. Pickering was the sold broker in the deal. This is Soleil Tanning Salon's first location and they are currently open and operating. New England Retail Properties, Inc. exclusively represented the lessor, Sundad, LLC of Middlefield and the lessee, Soleil Tanning Salon, LLC of Meriden in the transaction. In another transaction, Pickering exclusively represented the lease of Cucamaracara Mexican Eatery, a 1,200 s/f restaurant, at Sundad Plaza. Pickering was the sole broker in this deal. This is Cucamaracara's second location in Connecticut with opening scheduled for this month. Their first eatery is Sal's Pizza in Meriden.
