Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,300 s/f at Town Farm Village S.C.
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has leased 1,300 s/f of retail space at 71 North Tpke. Rd. The tenant, PJDJ, LLC, is the owner of The Perfect Treat, a candy and ice cream store, located at Town Farm Village Shopping Center.
Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker in the lease transaction, representing the tenant, PJDJ, LLC, and the landlord.
Press/Cuozzo Realtors with offices at 2751 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and 975 State St., New Haven has been serving the Greater New Haven area since 1990.
