Pinck & Co. expands its project management team

Boston, MA Pinck & Co. Inc. has hired Alfredo DiMauro Jr., Assoc. AIA as project director, Jeffrey Mulliken, AIA, LEED AP as senior project manager, Eileena Long as project manager, and Oscar Florez as assistant project manager. 

DiMauro brings experience in university operations and team leadership, as well as in planning, design, and construction. He joins Pinck & Co. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he was assistant vice president for facilities. He was previously director of planning, design and construction at Skidmore College. He earned an MBA from Western New England University and a bachelor of science in architectural engineering from Roger Williams University. DiMauro serves on the American Institute of Architects (AIA)-Central MA Chapter board of directors and is a member of the Society of College & University Planning (SCUP). 

Mulliken has expertise in planning, programming, and interior design, with a focus on space needs assessments, space planning, schematic design, construction documentation, and workplace strategy. He was previously a senior architect with Dyer Brown Architects and senior project manager with Elkus Manfredi Architects. He earned a bachelor of architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. 

Long brings to the firm experience managing projects in both the public and private sectors. She previously worked for Wise Construction Corp. as a project manager and for Gilbane Building Co. as a project engineer. She is a member of the Association of General Contractor’s BWIC (Building Women in Construction) committee. She earned an associate of science from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Florez specializes in architectural design and planning and is working toward becoming a licensed architect. He joins Pinck & Co. from Stantec, where he was a designer and graphic specialist. Prior to that he worked for Koetter & Kim Associates as an architectural designer. He earned a master’s in architecture from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a bachelor’s in architecture from La Salle University, Colombia, and is working toward a master’s in liberal arts from Harvard University.
