Pinck & Co. Inc. promotes Lombardi, O’Neil, Toney and Letitia

Boston, MA According to Pinck & Co. Inc., Andraya Lombardi, CSL, MCPPO; Tom O’Neil, CSL, LEED AP, MCPPO; Alicia Toney, CSL, MCPPO; and Dani Letitia, Assoc. AIA, MCPPO, have received promotions.    

Lombardi and O’Neil, who joined the company in 2007, were promoted from project director to vice president positions. Lombardi has 25 years’ experience in engineering and construction management and has led project teams for academic and healthcare clients. Among her many accomplishments, she has managed multiple teams and projects at Northeastern University. O’Neil has 31 years’ experience as a project manager in both the public and private sectors and has worked on a broad range of projects for academic, government, and housing clients. 

Toney, who has been with the firm since 2012, was promoted from project manager to project director.  She oversees projects for the Mass. School Building Authority and has managed numerous affordable and senior housing projects as well as community centers and mixed-use commercial facilities. Letitia, who joined the firm in 2014, was promoted from assistant project manager to project manager. She focuses on rehabilitation projects in urban communities and has worked on several affordable and senior housing projects.
