Pinnacle's Hotel Mgmt. completes Courtyard Marriot

According to Pinnacle Hotel Management the 210-room Courtyard by Marriott Boston Billerica, located at 270 Concord Rd., following a multi-million dollar renovation has been completed. The Courtyard Boston Billerica will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Rockbridge affiliates and Pinnacle Hotel Management. It will be managed by Pinnacle Hotel Management.  The eight-story hotel offers five meeting rooms with 4,300 s/f of meeting space to accommodate small meetings and functions of up to 200. The Courtyard features 210 rooms including 14 suites. In-room amenities include 32-inch flat panel televisions, a large well-lit work desk and Marriott's new, more luxurious bedding.
