Pinncon hires Ciolfi as director of project management and administration

Lawrence Ciolfi has been appointed director of project management and administration for Pinncon LLC. In this role, Ciolfi will have day-to-day responsibility for overseeing the project management and administration of all Pinncon projects. Formerly the owner of Ciolfi Construction Management, Ciolfi provided estimating, purchasing and construction management services for public and private commercial, residential and institutional projects ranging in cost from $400,000 to $50 million. In previous work, Ciolfi was director of purchasing at Peabody Construction Co. in Braintree with responsibilities for creating scopes of work, bidding, negotiating and supervising purchase orders. A graduate of Boston's Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in building construction technology, Ciolfi holds an unrestricted Mass. Superintendent License. "Larry's experience as a manager, president and owner brings yet another dimension of expertise to Pinncon," said executive vice president of construction Jim Thompson. "His project coordination, oversight and management skills are exceptional."
