NAI Hunneman has brokered three lease transactions totaling 11,876 SF at 440/480 McClellan Highway (also known as Logan Cargo Port). Logan Cargo Park is a two-building, 262,000 s/f campus providing warehouse and/or office space built in 2006. Executive vice president/principal J.P. Plunkett and vice president Dan Collins, represented landlord Cargo Ventures in each of the transactions listed below:
* 9,320 s/f to DSV Air & Sea at 480 McClellan Highway;
* 1,408 s/f to Everglory Logistics at 480 McClellan Highway; and
* 1,148 s/f to Woodland International Transport at 440 McClellan Highway.
"Logan Cargo Park offers each of these companies, excellent office space located just minutes from the airport, Conley Terminal, Boston's Central Business District and the Mass Pike," said Plunkett.
Cargo Ventures is a developer/investor that specializes in freight and logistics related real estate internationally.

480 McClellan Highway is the larger of the two buildings, featuring first floor warehouse under three floors of office space, 20' - 24' ceiling heights, 32 loading positions and heavy power. 440 McClellan Highway was renovated in 2005 and offers 25 loading docks, second story office space, and 13' - 18' ceiling heights. Together, the park offers more than 325 surface parking spaces.
