Senkler and Ridick of Coldwell Banker in New England broker $8.6 million sale

According to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, Brigitte Senkler and Chris Ridick, sales associates in the company's Concord office on Monument St., recently completed an $8.6 million residential sale. The transaction represents the highest-priced residential single-family home sale ever recorded in the town, according to statistics from MLS Property Information Network. Senkler represented the seller of the home, located at 281 Fairhaven Hill, while Ridick represented the homebuyer. Set on 16 acres with panoramic views of Walden Woods to Boston and beyond, the main residence offers more than 9,000 s/f of living space, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a kitchen that was completely renovated two years ago. The property also features a spacious post and beam barn, ideal for entertaining, which includes a basketball court, fully equipped kitchen, and stone fireplace. A heated outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts and a four-car heated garage complete the property. "This notable sale is a reflection of the skills and leadership of Brigitte and Chris.
