Plunkett and Havern of Cushman & Wakefield broker 42,47s/f lease

In two transactions, the Cushman & Wakefield team of senior director J.P. Plunkett and associate Ned Havern brokered 42,472 s/f of deals recently, one on the landlord side and one on the tenant side - both in industrial build2ings. In East Boston, at 440 McLellan Highway, Plunkett and Havern represented Cargo Ventures in its 30,472 s/f lease to Ground Services International. In Sharon, at 1245 Providence Highway, Plunkett and Havern represented JumpTrax in its 12,000 s/f lease with the John J. Murphy Co. who was represented by NAI Hunneman principal Catherine Minnerly. The building is diagonally across Route One from Gillette Stadium and will be used as a children's entertainment/exercise/party facility.
