Regazzini of Combined Properties leases 5,464 s/f to Agave Mexican Grille

Combined Properties Inc. has signed a lease with Agave Mexican Grille and Tequila Bar for 5,464 s/f of space at 270-280 Medford St. Agave Mexican Grille and Tequila Bar will be the city's newest neighborhood restaurant and will bring the atmosphere and flavors of Mexico to a city fast becoming known for its ability to recruit new and seasoned restauranter's alike. Agave Mexican Grille's new home at 270-280 Medford St. is owned and operated by Combined Properties. This retail location, situated between the Wellington Circle and Malden Center Orange Line T stop, has undergone extensive improvements to the building façade and grounds. According Agave ownership, the recent improvements to the property along with the corridors continued growth were both contributing factors in their investment. Vice president and director of leasing, Greg Regazzini represented Combined Properties; the tenant was represented by legal counsel. Agave Mexican Grille will provide an exciting dining experience whether you go for your next luncheon, romantic dinner, group event or just a fun night out on the town. Whether it's ordering from an eclectic menu of modern Mexican cuisine, to sampling the largest tequila selection north of the Rio Grande or a lively bar scene, Agave Grille will offer something for everyone and be a great place to return.
