Plunkett and Havern of Cushman & Wakefield represent TLC Delivery Services in 10,000 s/f lease

TLC Delivery Services, a start-up to be run by daughter-father combo Marianne Brooks and Al Bozza, signed a lease for 10,000 s/f of flex space at 960 Turnpike St. with Hingham, Mass. based The Naughton Cos. 960 Turnpike St., off Rte. 138, is part of the Foxford Business Center. The tenant was represented by senior director J.P. Plunkett and associate broker Ned Havern of Cushman & Wakefield.
