Sullivan Const. completes construction/fit up of Summit Land Dev. mixed-use bldg.
Sullivan Construction Inc. has finalized the construction and fit up of the Summit Land Development mixed use retail/residential building at the junction of Central Ave. and Fifth St.
Centrix Bank, with a full service drive through, occupies the first story of the structure, while the second and third floors house 8 apartments, complete with tile floors, granite counters, custom cabinetry, and on site laundry facilities.
Located downtown, the landmark structure combines both traditional and contemporary architectural elements and energy efficiency.
