PM Construction Co. continues work on two projects in Portland

Portland, ME PM Construction Co. continues to play a key role in the ongoing development of housing.

The Daymark condo project on Chestnut St. in the Bayside neighborhood is well underway. The seven-story building will consist of 54 units, along with many high-level amenities, including a fitness center, private balconies, and premium finishes. The project is designed with the vision of creating a modern, community-focused living space in the heart of the city. The development of the project is being led by The Procopio Companies of Massachusetts.

The early stages of construction for the 218 Washington project are picking up momentum. The condo building will include 45 units (one and two bedroom) throughout four floors, with garage parking and a rooftop deck. The building will offer thoughtful floor plans, energy efficient systems and modern amenities. Residents will have some of the best views in the city, including the city skyline, Back Cove and the western mountains.
