Hamden, CT According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, the office building at One Evergreen Ave. is fully leased. Tony Poccia, a commercial advisor at Press/Cuozzo, the leasing broker for the building, represented the ownership, One Evergreen Properties, LLC. Poccia also represented the tenants: On Point Construction Services, LLC; Supportive Solutions Wellness, LLC; and Peach Tree Therapeutics.
