Bolton, MA LPM Holdings, a foodservice company from Maynard, leased 8,425 s/f at 580 Main St. David Skinner from The Stubblebine Company represented the tenant and Nate Nickerson from O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

LPM Holdings moved from its longtime home at 24 Main St., in Maynard after finalizing the sale of that property in October. 

The Stubblebine Co. also represented LPM Holdings in that transaction.
