Pouladians of North Shore Realty Advisors sell 55 Broad St. Apartments

Lynn, MA North Shore Realty Advisors Inc. brokered the sale of 55 Broad St. Apartments. 

This property has not been available for sale since 1975 when North Shore Realty’s client purchased the property from the developer. The brick garden style was built in 1974 consisting of 15,393 gross s/f and 14,226 rentable s/f. 

55 Broad St. is situated on a tree lined corner lot on .36 acres. The property’s unit-mix consists of one studio, 11 one-bedroom units, and six two-bedroom units. The asset also featured 20 off-street surface parking and laundry facility onsite. 

Dan and Sara Pouladian navigated through a “call for offers” process with multiple offers and two rounds of negotiations for the offering. 

North Shore Realty Advisors, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
